Apidexin PM
Hopefully you recognize the name Apidexin, because it is actually one of the best diet pills on the market right now. Rarely do we give the thumbs up on diet pills, but Apidexin got our respect and earned a positive review from us.
Well, it appears the makers of Apidexin have come out with a different version called Apidexin PM (not a replacement to Apidexin, but a different type of pill). This weight loss pill was designed as a fat burner and appetite suppressant, but specifically without stimulants. Why you ask? Because sleep and rest are also a very important part of a weight loss program.
How many times has your diet been ruined by a midnight snack? How many times have you taken a diet pill so full of caffeine that you can’t sleep at night? How often have you been stressed out because you can’t sleep, and your stress leads to comfort foods? These are real weight loss problems, and Apidexin PM has set out to fight these problems.
Let’s take a look and see if Apidexin PM lives up to the high standards it’s predecessor established.
What’s in Apidexin PM?
Obviously a diet pill’s effectiveness is determined by it’s ingredients. The formula is actually much different than the original Apidexin, so we’ll detail each ingredient in Apidexin PM.
- Chromax – Chromax is the patented version of Chromium Picolinate. It has been clinically proven to improve health in a variety of ways, but we’ll focus on two: it’s ability to reduce appetite and improve fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Chromax really does decrease appetite to combat your midnight snack craving, and while you’re sleeping it will help you digest and break down fats and carbohydrates.
- Irvingia Gabonensis – This is actually one of our favorite weight loss ingredients. Irvingia Gabonensis has been linked to multiple weight loss studies, and all have shown that it has a positive, significant effect on weight loss. It helps lower cholesterol, increases fat breakdown and fat cell reduction, an suppresses appetite. This is another winner without being a stimulant.
- HOPS – Most known for it’s presence in beer, HOPS are also used in dietary supplements as a stress-reducer. It is also used to treat restlessness and insomnia. If you remember before, I mentioned that Apidexin PM is designed to reduce stress and get a healthy amount of sleep in your weight loss program. HOPS will help eliminate stress-induced eating and midnight snacking (because you’ll be sleeping right through your midnight snack craving).
- Vitamin B6 – A vitamin B6 deficiency can lead to insomnia and problems with your immune system. Since Apidexin PM focuses on helping you sleep, they don’t want you having problems with insomnia or stressing out because of a weak immune system.
- Melatonin – Another relaxant that has been proven to increase the amount of sleep you get at night.
- Zinc – Zinc is found in many dietary supplements for many different reasons. It is primarily used as an antioxidant with anti-aging properties for the skin and muscles. I’m assuming it is also used as a relaxant for Apidexin PM’s purposes.
- Passion Flower – An effective treatment for anxiety and insomnia. It actually lowers the amount of activity in your brain cells, which allows you to “turn your brain off” and fall asleep.
- Lemon Balm – This is a mild sedative that decreases stress and anxiety. Another positive thing to have in a weight loss pill designed to help you sleep.
As you can tell from the list of ingredients, Apidexin PM is focused on helping you burn fat and sleep well in addition to your exercise routine during the day. They use effective, top of the line ingredients and it appears that Apidexin PM will be a home run as well.
Is Apidexin PM Safe?
None of the ingredients listed above have significant side effects. All of them are safe and therefore you are safe to take Apidexin PM.
Are there any Cons to Apidexin PM?
To be honest, there really aren’t. I’m usually a big skeptic about sleeping weight loss pills. But with Apidexin’s reputation and the great ingredients they use in Apidexin PM, it’s hard to find anything negative.
Is Apidexin PM Worth Purchasing?
Yes, Apidexin PM is worth having in your supplement closet. It is important to note that the best results will come if you exercise and watch your calories during the day also, but Apidexin PM is a good pill to take in the evening. As I said in the beginning, getting a good sleep is a very important and often ignored part of a weight loss program, and Apidexin PM will help you solve that problem.
