One of the clear benefits that I can see from taking BeautySlender is adding Conjugated Linoleic Acid to your diet. Conjugated Linoleic Acid, also known as CLA, is a fantastic addition to any woman’s diet. It works to burn fat while at the same time increasing lean muscle mass.
This is great because after you lose weight, the increase of your muscle mass means that you will have a toned body to show off!
In addition to CLA, BeautySlender encourages women who take BeautySlender to use it with an exercise plan. If you know anything about the human body, you know how essential exercise is to health.
Those who exercise regularly have the benefit of endorphins, lower stress levels, lowered risks for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. The benefits of exercise cannot be stressed enough and the fact that BeautyFit encourages it while using BeautySlender is fantastic.
What’s in BeautySlender?
Aside from CLA, there are a host of other fatty acids in BeautySlender. These include Gamma Linoleic Acid, Alpha Linoleic Acid, Eicosapentaenoic Acid, Docosahexaenoic Acid, and an Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid blend. These are all really complicated ways to say that BeautySlender has fatty acids that will improve overall health.
Unfortunately, though, none of these fatty acids are linked at all with weight loss. I’m actually a little confused about why BeautyFit would include so many ingredients that don’t affect weight loss in a weight loss pill.
Not only this, but the CLA is included in a proprietary blend with all of these different fatty acids. This means that there is no way that there is enough CLA in each capsule to benefit you.
Price
One look at the price of BeautySlender and you will realize that it is not cheap. For 120 capsules, it costs $54.99. It is recommended that you take anywhere from three to six capsules a day. This means that one bottle will last you between 20 to 40 days.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t like the idea of paying $55 every month for a product that is made of a proprietary blend. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like BeautySlender’s ability to help you lose weight can live up to its price tag.
Is it Worth it?
Bottom line: BeautySlender is not worth it. Not only does it not have enough ingredients to cause you to lose weight, but the single great ingredient that it has is part of a proprietary blend, which means that it is pretty much useless to your weight loss goals.
On top of this, it costs quite a bit of money. I personally would save your money and spend it on a weight loss pill that actually works.
