GNC Ripped Vitapak
Even after getting plenty of sleep you’re exhausted! You wash your hands but still manage to come down with every cold you’re exposed to. Heart disease runs in your family so you exercise but wonder if there is something more you could be doing.
Iron, zinc, and fish oil may all help to combat these ailments. Your diet plays a huge role in your health and immunity but too many people are deficient in many of the essential nutrients.
GNC Ripped Vitapak claims that the unique combination of nutrients will get you everything you need. When taking it you are also supposed to have the weight loss ingredients you need to see success. Does GNC Ripped Vitapak really have it all?
What’s in GNC Ripped Vitapak?
Four blends make up the GNC Ripped Vitapak. When these pills are taken together they can give you the complete nutrition you need.
- Mega Men Sport (full strength): 24 vitamins and minerals (for a complete list look at the official website), branched chain amino acid blend, sports blend (green tea, l-glutamine, l-taurine, etc), joint cushion support blend, alpha lipoic acid, choline, inositol, silica, boron, lutemax, lycopene, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, vanadium
- CLA: conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil
- Thermo Igniter 12X: niacin, caffeine anhydrous, capsimax, capsicum fruit extract, bioperine, black pepper extract
- Waterex: vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium, garlic clove, parsley herb powder, uva ursi, elderberry, horsetail, cantaloupe, watermelon, fennel seed, corn silk powder, juniper berries
Between these four blends you get significant amounts of nearly every nutrient you need (they don’t include enough calcium or enough of a couple other ingredients). They have also added some weight loss ingredients so you can maximize your results in the gym.
Is GNC Ripped Vitapak Safe?
Like many weight loss pills, there are stimulants that may cause side effects like headaches, insomnia, jitteriness, and rapid heart rate.
But I have another concern with GNC Ripped Vitapak. Many of the nutrients are included in massive amounts. You really don’t need much more than 100% of the RDA. And getting too much of some nutrients can be toxic.
To protect your body, most of the excess is simply excreted in your urine so you end up paying a lot for something that doesn’t give you many extra benefits.
How Much is GNC Ripped Vitapak
For 30 packs you pay $69.99. That’s an awfully expensive multivitamin! I guess you are getting a vitamin plus a weight loss pill but you could get a higher quality product paying for them separately and choosing one of the top weight loss pills.
Are there any cons to GNC Ripped Vitapak
- Not enough of the weight loss ingredients
- Pay extra for extra vitamins that you just pee out
Is GNC Ripped Vitapak worth purchasing?
Some of the GNC products are high quality and worth purchasing. I’m just not willing to spend so much on a product that I don’t all the nutritional benefits from. GNC Ripped Vitapak should be looked at as more of a vitamin than a weight loss pill so if you choose to use it, know exactly what you want to get out of it (and take advantage of the 30 day guarantee if you are not satisfied).
