- 5 HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) – 75 mg – a naturally occurring amino acid that is a chemical precursor to serotonin, which may translate into improved mood. This dosage may be a little low to see any effect however.
- Caffeine – 75 mg – equivalent to the caffeine in a half-cup of coffee, this can give you a kick of energy and burn a few extra calories.
