Fitness FX Videos

Fitness FX Videos are your basic workout DVD’s with a British twist. The majority of the trainers in the Fitness FX Videos are English and for whatever reason they love to workout with pants on. I have seen a few different clips from various routines in the Fitness FX Videos and sometimes the guys are wearing jeans while dancing around.

Who exercises in jeans?

Putting that aside, these videos are meant to help those who can’t leave the house and need some exercise. Home-workout DVD’s are nothing new. Just ask Richard Simmons. But, it doesn’t stop people from wanting the latest and greatest of home-workout routines.

I am not trying to knock Fitness FX Videos. If you need a structured aerobic routine and you enjoy choreography and dance then you might love these videos. Some people can’t afford gym memberships or are stuck at home with kids and don’t have time to go for a jog. And if they don’t have a background in exercise it is easier to follow a set routine than it is to make up some exercises on your own.

About Fitness FX Videos

One of my favorite parts of these Fitness FX Videos is the music. Every workout video has some kind of energetic, upbeat music playing in the background. But, you can tell that Fitness FX Videos were not made in the USA. Their music is that typical rave-remix-pop blend that Europeans love (for whatever reason). For instance, they take Kelly Clarkson’s “Since You’ve Been Gone” and they add that techno beat and mix up the tempo so now it sounds like you just walked into an underground dance party in Paris.

Besides the music it is important for you to realize that Fitness FX Videos are concerned more with cardio than they are with strength training. Unlike a program like P90X (which has a lot of resistance exercises along with cardio) Fitness FX Videos are all about dancing and jumping and moving. You may do some push-ups or sit ups along the way, but that’s about it as far as muscle building is concerned.

Are Fitness FX Videos Safe?

Yes. But, if you have an injury or other ailment you need to be cautious about which exercises you do and don’t do.

How Much are Fitness FX Videos?

A single DVD costs $24.28. One DVD is far from the whole Fitness FX Videos program. To get totally immersed in their program it would cost a good chunk of cash.

Are There Any Cons to Fitness FX Videos?

Yes. It is overpriced and not unique.

Are Fitness FX Videos Worth Purchasing?

If you lack the discipline or knowledge to workout on your own then workout videos are a good option. They only tackle part of the weight loss problem. You still have to deal with controlling your appetite and boosting your metabolism (something our top rated weight loss pills can help with). Fitness FX Videos are part of a long list of workout DVD’s. Tae Bo and Carmen Electra have been there and done that. If you like British accents and rave music then Fitness FX Videos are the perfect home workout routine for you.
