When a product uses something like hoodia it indicates to me that they are more concerned about what the media says as opposed to scientific research. There are also quite a few stimulants that may cause side effects but you do not get enough for complete results.

It’s nice to see a weight loss pill that recognizes the importance of CLA. When you take two servings a day you get almost the same amount used in studies to produce results. Since I know there are other weight loss pills with more clinically proven ingredients in the right amounts than just CLA, I would recommend looking into one of these products.
