While this sounds impressive, we’ve learned to take claims like these with a rather large grain of salt.  Though you may have seen that nicotine or birth control patches work quite effectively to deliver ingredients, not all chemicals are effectively absorbed through the skin and the big unanswered question is whether Slim Bomb Acai Patch actually works in this way or is just a pricey placebo.

The Slim Bomb Acai Patch formula is pretty simple and they give us a full list of ingredients, but they fail to tell us what the equivalent oral dosage would be in order to determine whether they would be effective.  Here’s what each patch contains:

• Chromium Polynicotinate

As for all the claimed health benefits of acai from its “healthy fats and dietary fiber”, its impossible to absorb those through the skin.  That’s like slathering yourself with olive oil and oat bran and expecting to get the health benefits of those. As far as we can tell, the only substance in Slim Bomb Acai Patch that would be easily absorbed by the skin would be caffeine, which can boost your energy in a significant dosage, but there is no indication of how many milligrams are here.
