As I was doing this review, I came to a very quick realization about a couple of Jillian’s products. THEY ARE ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME! You look at the price for Extreme Quickstart on the web page and it is $59.99, whereas an almost identical Fat Burner on her website is $39.99.
Hmmm…. That is very interesting. First off, there are very few fat burning ingredients in the supplement. To call this a “quickstart” may have reference to the caffeine, but aside from that, you certainly don’t have any fat burning elements in this supplement.

Caffeine has many well documented side effects. These include: dizziness, headaches, restlessness, anxiety, increased heart rate, and diarrhea. Pregnant and nursing women should not take this supplement. Furthermore, if you experience problems with any stimulants be sure to consult a physician before consuming this product.

Looking at it from a pure economical standpoint, do not purchase this supplement. You can get essentially the same supplement in Jillian’s Fat Burner for $20 less a bottle. But that certainly isn’t an endorsement.
This product really lack the need ingredients to promote weight loss. Sure, caffeine has some fat burning properties, but when it comes to the other ingredients, this product really lack the ability to burn the fat that it claims.
