So, the long and short of the Lit Up formula is that you are getting extra amino acids to build muscle, a number of ingredients that may or may not improve focus, some stimulants to boost your energy (just like the other pre-workout formulas) and vitamins in concentrations which are higher than necessary. A lot of these ingredients will end up in the toilet.
