In each bottle of Morslim Z you get 60 slimming capsules and are directed to take 1-2 capsules per day.  In each dose you get the following Ayurvedic ingredients (with their scientific or common name):

• Shuddha Guggulu (commiphora mukul “guggul”)- 80 mg
• Triphala (emblica officinalis, terminalia bellirica, and terminalia chebula) – 80 mg
• Vidang (“False” black pepper) – 30 mg
• Pippali (Indian long pepper) – 25 mg
• Krishna Marich (Indian pepper species) – 25 mg
• Chitrakmool (Leadwort) – 30 mg
• Nagarmotha (Red nut sedge) – 50 mg
• Sunthi (Dry ginger) – 25 mg
• Vasaka (Malabar Nut) – 30 mg
• Khadir (Acacia catechu) – 30 mg
• Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) - 30 mg
• Lauha Bhasma (iron supplement) – 60 mg

The main ingredients according to the makers of Morslim Z are guggul and triphala. Guggul has probably the most stable basis in modern science as it contains guggulsterone, which is a plant hormone that has shown some evidence of reducing cholesterol levels. But even in this case, the results are disputed and there is little connection to weight loss.

As for triphala, laxatives are probably the worst way you could try to lose weight. Not only is it unhealthy, it just doesn’t work.  Morslim Z claims to oxidize fat and pass it out through the stool, but there just isn’t any evidence of this.  The rest of the ingredients include either some variable digestive effect or mild value as vitamins.  There is almost nothing useful in this weight loss pill formula.

Barring any severe allergy you may have with what are fairly uncommon ingredients, the main side effect that should concern you is diarrhea. A number of these ingredients (like triphala) are included specifically as laxatives.

How Much Are Morslim Z Slimming Capsules?

If you want to try Morslim Z Slimming Capsules, you are forced to buy at least 2 bottles for $49.  You do get “free shipping” but the company’s return policy gives away the fact that they are over-charging you anyway.
