Slim Bomb Capsi is a new weight loss pill from the British company Slimming Solutions. It boasts endorsements by a major British lifestyle magazine and supposedly “many” celebrities, though they don’t tell us who or what their results were.
In fact, other than some claims about how it “may help” promote weight loss, there isn’t a lot of information on Slim Bomb Capsi. What we do know is that it is simple, it appears to be reasonably effective and it is very expensive for a weight loss pill!
What’s in Slim Bomb Capsi?
Slim Bomb Capsi gets its name from its key ingredient capsicum (pepper) extract. Though they don’t specify which type of capsicum they use, we can only assume it is something similar to the Cayenne chili pepper or something similarly spicy.
See, the reason capsicum is used in weight loss pills is because capsaicin, the source of a peppers “hotness” actually causes your body to heat up a little bit, thereby burning more calories as heat. - Niacin – 20mg – may help increase High-density lipoprotein levels (good cholesterol)
- Green Tea Extract – 40mg – a natural source of antioxidants called catechins, as well as caffeine. This is a very small dose and unlikely to have a noticeable effect.
Though we’re all for using capsaicin to promote weight loss, the bottom line with the Slim Bomb Capsi formula is that it doesn’t actually tell us how much is in each dose. It’s a simple formula and definitely looks like it would help you burn some extra calories in your workouts, but there’s nothing revolutionary here.
