Turbo Shred

Swole Sports Nutrition has several products that are designed to enhance your workout efforts. Each has a slightly different function but using them before you workout is supposed to greatly enhance your results.

One of these products, Turbo Shred, claims that it will accelerate your weight loss efforts.  They advertise that it increases energy, boosts mood, and reduces appetite without causing any side effects.

Wow! That’s a lot to advertise with one little formula.  Using this weight loss pill is supposed to make every move count so your desired results are easier to achieve. Despite all these impressive claims, is Turbo Shred likely to produce results?

What’s in Turbo Shred

A proprietary blend of ingredients is used in Turbo Shred. They include caffeine, gluconolactone, phenethylamine HCL, synephrine caprylate, nettle leaf extract, yohimbine HCL, picamilon, and inositol nicotinate.

This blend is 900 mg. It sounds like a large blend but when you consider how many ingredients are included you quickly realize that getting enough of each key ingredient is impossible.

To increase energy Turbo Shred uses caffeine.  This is one of the most common ingredients in weight loss pills. Caffeine is also used to raise metabolism if it is used in significant amounts. If not, you may still experience some results because it is a diuretic and can help you to lose weight fast even if it does not stay off.

Another beneficial ingredient in Turbo Shred is synephrine. More and more weight loss pills are using synephrine as a replacement for ephedra. It still can increase thermogenesis but is not linked to as many side effects and is safer to use.

Is Turbo Shred Safe?

Turbo Shred uses yohimbine. This ingredient has little to do with weight loss.  However, numerous side effects have been associated with it. For example, liver and kidney problems.

Other ingredients in Turbo Shred are also linked to side effects.  They have included stimulants that can cause headaches, insomnia, and jitteriness. Despite their claim to avoid side effects, Turbo Shred uses quite a few ingredients associated with unpleasant side effects.

How Much is Turbo Shred?

The official website for Turbo Shred says it is $39.99. Though this is not an excessive amount for a weight loss pill it is more than you may want to pay for something that does not live up to the claims made in more ways than one.

Are there any cons to Turbo Shred?

You are not going to get a guarantee with your purchase of Turbo Shred. They have a returns policy but to be eligible for a return the packaging has to be sealed and in its original condition.

Is Turbo Shred worth purchasing?

Maybe not. Turbo Shred has some good ingredients but they promise not to cause side effects. With the stimulants you are going to experience side effects despite what they advertise.

Unless they include so little in the formula that you will not get results either. Regardless of how you look at it, comparing Turbo Shred to the best weight loss pills makes it blatantly obvious that you are not getting the best deal.
