VPX Coco Fit

“Recently, the benefits of coconut water were further studied in comparison to traditional sports drinks made of carbohydrates and electrolytes, or plain water, for total body rehydration and blood volume restoration in exercise induced dehydration. Those studies demonstrated that that coconut water not only rehydrated the depleted athletes they tested, but it was also significantly sweeter and well tolerated….”

Did you read that carefully? Go back and read carefully. Did you notice that they don’t actually say that VPX Coco Fit outperformed other sports drinks, they just say that it rehydrated the athletes (it never says Coco Fit did a better job than the other sports drinks at rehydrating). The only real comparison they make is that VPX Coco Fit was sweeter than the other drinks.

It is important to qualify any claims a company makes about their products. VPX Coco Fit may be a better rehydrater than Gatorade or Powerade. It certainly has fewer calories and more vitamins and minerals. But, there is no actual evidence to suggest that it will more effectively replenish your fluids than those other drinks. Let’s examine all of the ingredients in VPX Coco Fit to see if it is really worth trying over other sports drinks.

What’s in VPX Coco Fit?

The ingredients in VPX Coco Fit include the following: Purified Water, Proprietary Antioxidant Matrix (Coconut Juice Concentrate, Mangosteen Juice Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavors, Natural Colors, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Malic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, Cholecalciferol Vitamin D3, Stevia.

The big difference between your average sports drink and VPX Coco Fit is coconut juice, omega-3’s, and vitamin D3. These ingredients are good for you and provide many essential nutrients, but they don’t have a lot to do with weight loss.

Is VPX Coco Fit Safe?

Yes. There are no harsh drugs or chemicals. But you may experience some side effects due the coconut water such as constipation or diarrhea. And allergic reactions, although rare, may occur resulting in: drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, rash, hives, trouble breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, tongue, lips, or face, irregular heartbeat, etc.

How Much is VPX Coco Fit?

A 12 pack of VPX Coco Fit costs $35.88. That’s quite a bit more than your typical 12-pack of Powerade or Gatorade.

Are There Any Cons to VPX Coco Fit?

Yes. It is a little too expensive for my taste and I am not convinced that VPX Coco Fit is that much more effective than your typical sports drink.

Is VPX Coco Fit Worth Purchasing?

If you exercise a lot and you want a healthier alternative to the many sports drinks then I would say go for it. If you’re hoping to lose weight by drinking it then you must be crazy. It is not a weight loss supplement.

The only way you’ll lose weight with VPX Coco Fit is if you drink it instead of having a meal. Even then it may not do much for weight loss. Check out our top rated weight loss pills if you want to lose some weight.
